Terms of Service
These placeholder terms outline the intended relationship between NotiFire, workspace owners, users, and connected services.
1. Using NotiFire
You must provide accurate account information, protect your credentials, and use the service only in compliance with applicable law and the rights of others.
You are responsible for the services you connect, the recipients you contact, and the notification content routed through your workspace.
2. Accounts and workspaces
Workspace owners control membership, integrations, routing rules, and billing. They are responsible for managing access when team roles change.
3. Subscriptions and cancellation
Paid plans are expected to renew on the selected billing cycle until cancelled. Final billing timing, refund treatment, taxes, and plan-change rules must be confirmed before launch.
4. Acceptable use
The service may not be used for unlawful messaging, spam, harassment, credential abuse, platform interference, or activity that places the reliability of NotiFire or connected providers at risk.
5. Availability and changes
Features, limits, and integrations may evolve. Enterprise service levels should be governed by the applicable order form and service-level agreement.
6. Disclaimers and liability
Final warranty exclusions, liability limits, indemnities, governing law, and dispute procedures require jurisdiction-specific legal review before public use.
